Andrew Mai was my salesman — genuinely nice guy, no pressure, and he did exactly what he said he’d do. The price online was the price in person, no last-minute add-ons or games. Car was clean and waiting for me when I showed up for my appointment, ready to test drive. They gave me a fair number on my trade-in too, didn’t have to haggle forever. Easy, honest experience — would recommend them to anyone car shopping.

Went in with pre approval financing thru my credit union
Went in with pre approval financing thru my credit union who is in network with these scammers . Told Mohamed my terms and that I wouldn’t buy if it Warner to these and he said ok and he would make it work then ran numbers and told me my credit union didn’t approve me for amount but he would get me approve then ran my credit 3 times and gave me some wild price like 879 for pmt a month on a 25k truck . Lied and never reached out to credit union . I talked to my bank and they said they never checked with them about my loan and that they were trying to get me good. Well do not shop here they will lie to you and run your credit they the mudd. Then the same managers will call you to try and cover it up . I’m talking with their corporate office about it all now to get some justice but I will be contacting the BBB as well as some local places to seek more justice . DONOT SHOP HERE!!!!!!
