What Students Gain from CAP

The MOPAR® Career Automotive Program began in 1984 and has been training students to work on FCA vehicles ever since. With a CAP certification behind them, aspiring service technicians have an edge in the industry. The CAP certification makes it clear to hiring FCA dealerships that applicants have the drive, knowledge, and qualifications needed to quickly become talented service technicians.
