Our Response to Coronavirus/COVID-19
At Courtesy CDJR Superstition Springs we so value our community, our family, and, you, our customers. We have been family-owned and operated here in the Valley since 1955 and strive to be the best we can be for our customers each day. Each day we move forward caring for one another as the Coronavirus/COVID-19 continues, therefor your safety and that of our staff continue to be a very high priority. So every day these steps are in place for our customers and employees
- All bathrooms and public spaces receive frequent cleaning and disinfecting, with particular attention to high-touch areas like doorknobs, tabletops, etc.
- Hand sanitizing stations remain throughout the dealership departments.
- Direct2MD is an application our employees can use to seek medical advice and request prescriptions without going into the doctor’s office.
Although we have always offered home delivery of vehicle purchase, we have substantially increased our trained staff to accommodate your request of a home delivery with a “Courtesy CJDR White Glove Delivery” experience. We can bring the vehicle and the paperwork to you if you do not wish to come into our clean facility. We are happy to provide virtual vehicle walk-around via Facetime, Skype or Snapcell video at your convenience.
We have remained in constant contact with each of our employees. Here at Courtesy, the safety of your family, and our community is our number one concern. And so we continue to provide great customer service for all your vehicle needs.
