Andrew was extremely helpful and great to work with. He was calm, patient and not as forceful as other sales people I have worked with in the past. We stopped in just to look but ended up buying a new Ram. There was a little bit of misunderstanding related to the financing but working with Andrew and Zoe, it was all resolved. They were both understanding and patient and great to work with. I recently brought my truck in for some add-ons and had a good experience working with Matt as well. I have no issues with this dealership so far.

Had an issue with mileage reported on website from Michigan to actual mileage of the vehicle when I got to Arizona. The erroneous mileage was on all the purchase documents and apparently no one verified the actual. Emails sent about this were not answered so I had to go to the dealership to resolve. Not responding was my biggest beef! Erroneous mileage 8604 and actual was just under 15000. Dealership gave me $500 for the difference. I said $1000 would make me happier but settled for the offer. I also canceled maintenance and service contracts as too expensive. I had jet lag and was very tired when signing all the paperwork. Issues were worked out smoothly to everyone's satisfaction and I like the vehicle.

I started my day today with the goal of casually searching for a truck capable of hauling my daughters (aka my donkeys, calm down). After having an *especially* bizarre experience at a different dealership right before - I almost called it quits and went home. I'm so glad I decided to stop at Courtesy CDJR since it was on the way. My experience here was beyond phenomenal. Mohammad Omar listened to what I was needing in a truck & made the match & Alissa in financing made the numbers work in my favor. The entire process from browsing to signing the papers was smooth sailing & efficient. There's such a strong stereotype about the vehicle buying process & Courtesy CDJR put that to rest REAL quick. Even the staff who were not directly involved in my sale were great. The atmosphere is very welcoming. I witnessed various scenarios of other customers & all were handled with respect & transparency. I cannot emphasize enough how great of an experience this was today. Many thanks to Mohammad & Alissa for everything. Some vehicle buying experiences go up to 10, but this one goes up to 11.

I want to say thank you to Andre, I went to the black Friday car event and did not know what to expect. I did go for a specific car, which I found out was sold before I got there. He worked with me on another car, that sold while he and I were walking to his office. It took a minute, but we found a car and I was thankful for his assistance. I will be sending him more business. Thank you once again.

These people are horrible two weeks I've been dealing with them purchasing a new vehicle first car I purchase they told me I had financing I kept it for 5 days and then they told me they didn't have financing so then they put me in another car for another 5 days that I had it and they assured me I had financing, so after that I went and I canceled the warranty policy on the car I traded in well low and behold they didn't have financing and they never did have financing for me so I had to bring the other car back and take back my old car. Now I have no warranty on it these people are horrible and you should not do business with them. Do not do business with these people.

It was the worst experience I’ve had, I was looking forward and very excited to get a vechile that I really wanted with all the bells and whistles only for it to look nothing like the pictures and have damage that was never relayed to me. The finical manager was rude. The salesman texted me accidentally talking xxxx about me to the financial manger. It was a mess from start to finish.

Cory Jackson (CJ) was the best sales person to work with. We did not feel pressured at all and he listened to our needs and worked with us to find a price point that worked. All of the staff were friendly and welcoming. The French bulldog was also a fun touch! Everything went smoothly from start to finish. Couldn’t have asked for a better or easier experience.
