He has some amazing life stories and was awesome with our daughter, who can be a bit shy at first. We made Randy earn his keep that day, and it was a Monday, but he was there for us 100%. He took every question and stipulation I had and worked it out for us to make sure we had the right deal for our family! We left Courtesy feeling better than we went in.
