Great dealership!! I arrived at Courtesy already knowing that I was going to buy a car they had on their lot. I was greeted by Mohammad and due to the type of car I was buying, handed off to Bear. Both were fantastic. Bear got my wife and I to John in Finance and the purchase was completed seamlessly. The most amazing part came afterward. My new car had some issues that needed to be addressed in service. Bear went out of his way to help me and ensure that I was taken care of. Even after the sale, Bear stayed with me. Very cool! In service, Marvin worked with others to get our issues resolved. He was patient, understanding, and always polite. Had an issue with mileage reported on website from Michigan to actual mileage of the vehicle when I got to Arizona. The erroneous mileage was on all the purchase documents and apparently no one verified the actual. Emails sent about this were not answered so I had to go to the dealership to resolve. Not responding was my biggest beef! Erroneous mileage 8604 and actual was just under 15000. Dealership gave me $500 for the difference. I said $1000 would make me happier but settled for the offer. I also canceled maintenance and service contracts as too expensive. I had jet lag and was very tired when signing all the paperwork. Issues were worked out smoothly to everyone's satisfaction and I like the vehicle.

Awful - once you sign and drive off they do not want to hear from you - they forced us to take Lojack ($600) because it was "already installed" one month later the device stopped reporting - no way to know that unless you actually go on their app and check - so 10 months later I figure it out and ask A will they fix it and B will they credit me for the time it wasn't working - NO on both requests. the guy that reached out was nice and understanding while he said no LOL

These people are horrible two weeks I've been dealing with them purchasing a new vehicle first car I purchase they told me I had financing I kept it for 5 days and then they told me they didn't have financing so then they put me in another car for another 5 days that I had it and they assured me I had financing, so after that I went and I canceled the warranty policy on the car I traded in well low and behold they didn't have financing and they never did have financing for me so I had to bring the other car back and take back my old car. Now I have no warranty on it these people are horrible and you should not do business with them. Do not do business with these people.

I call these guys on a Monday morning and spoke to Beth...by the middle of the afternoon we had a deal worked out over the phone and I lived almost 400 miles away...when i went up the next day i was at the dealership for about 45 minutes to sign paperwork and I was done it was a great experience
