Great experience with Billy Patterson. He was so friendly, professional and informative. On February 6th, I was out looking for a 3rd row SUV. I was shopping around and wanted to test drive a couple of different SUVs. I stopped here first. I was able to look around the lot without a sales person “hunting” me down. I walked back to sales room and ran into Billy. I told him that I was just looking and wanted to see and test drive a Journey. That’s exactly what he did for me. After checking around the US for a quality truck I contacted the Courtesy dealership and spoke to Pete Johnson. Pete was extremely helpful and went out of his way to locate the truck I inquired about and made a video displaying all the truck features, as I was unable to go to the dealership and resided out of the state. After a few conversations with Pete, I decided to purchase the truck. Once I arrived in Arizona Pete picked my wife and I up from our hotel and drove us to the dealership to make the purchase. Upon arrival we were greeted by the Sales Manager Jeff, who gave us a great deal on the truck and ultimately finished the transaction in the finance department with Misty, who was an absolute delight to speak and do business with. I came to Courtesy today just to take a look at some cars and Dan Snider came immediately right out to the parking lot to greet me. Showed me some great cars and then ended up finding the perfect car for me in the their back lot that hadn't even made it to the sale lot yet. He was extremely knowledge and not pushy like most car salesmen can be. He worked with my financing and got me in to my dream car!!!! Thanks so much Dan!!! You're the best! Chuck was the finance manager and he was a totally down to earth and very helpful.

I have had nothing but good service for all my needs. They use all protection on my vehicle and it doesn’t stop there. Everyone is protecting myself and them by following the cdc regulations. From sales, after delivery to service they are extremely friendly and professional. I will not take my car anywhere else
