I was at this dealership on Sunday looking at a brand new Durango when I witnessed an altercation between two employees. I was so shocked & uncomfortable to see a manager with the name of Elmore put his hands on another employee. It was unbelievable what I saw that day. I cannot believe the owner hires people who not only assaults' employees but makes a scene in front of customers. This dealership should be ashamed of themselves..... I will never purchased a vehicle from this company.

Had an issue with mileage reported on website from...
Had an issue with mileage reported on website from Michigan to actual mileage of the vehicle when I got to Arizona. The erroneous mileage was on all the purchase documents and apparently no one verified the actual. Emails sent about this were not answered so I had to go to the dealership to resolve. Not responding was my biggest beef! Erroneous mileage 8604 and actual was just under 15000. Dealership gave me $500 for the difference. I said $1000 would make me happier but settled for the offer. I also canceled maintenance and service contracts as too expensive. I had jet lag and was very tired when signing all the paperwork. Issues were worked out smoothly to everyone's satisfaction and I like the vehicle.

After having an *especially* bizarre experience at a different dealership right before - I almost called it quits and went home. I'm so glad I decided to stop at Courtesy CDJR since it was on the way. My experience here was beyond phenomenal. Mohammad Omar listened to what I was needing in a truck & made the match & Alissa in financing made the numbers work in my favor. The entire process from browsing to signing the papers was smooth sailing & efficient. There's such a strong stereotype about the vehicle buying process & Courtesy CDJR put that to rest REAL quick. Even the staff who were not directly involved in my sale were great. The atmosphere is very welcoming. I witnessed various scenarios of other customers & all were handled with respect & transparency. I cannot emphasize enough how great of an experience this was today. Many thanks to Mohammad & Alissa for everything. Some vehicle buying experiences go up to 10, but this one goes up to 11.

Have to say thanks to Andre, as busy as they were he managed to find my wife the car she was looking for on the Black Friday Sales event. He let us know he would work his hardest for us and let me tell you, he came through on his word. I have been to other dealerships were we did not get much help from the guys on the lot, but he is the real thing. Even though it was busy, he checked on u, gave us water and snacks, made sure we entered into the drawing. I was looking locally in the valley for a Grand Cherokee L Summit online and struck out, but found one in California. Then I met Shannon. I normally never answer unknown numbers, but for whatever reason, this time I did. She called to see if I was still in the market for a Jeep and said that mine was just delivered from California. She asked if I needed help understanding all the bells and whistles on my new Jeep. I set an appointment at her store and met with her and was blown away by her knowledge and her patience with me. She also asked about where I would be servicing my vehicle and had not even thought that far ahead. She guided me through service as well as parts and now know what to do what the time for services come up. I know Shannon does not get paid to take the time out of her day to show me how to use my vehicle and will only go to her for how she treated me like family.
