By far the best experience I’ve had purchasing a new vehicle. After over 14 months of searching for the exact optioned Dodge Challenger, CCDRSS had one in their inventory. I had been to a few other dealerships after seeing their advertise price on the Internet. Once I arrive to close the deal, I was informed that the price I saw was not fixed in stone and they could raise that price at their discretion. And they certainly did. One dealership wanted $13,000 more than the price on the Internet. I expected a similar experience and decided to make the deal online with CCDRSS. Shannon Darnell was extremely helpful and went the extra mile to ensure I got the exact price I was expecting and laid everything out before I took the plunge. Concerned with the pandemic, I was not looking forward to the hour drive to sign the paperwork. Shannon didn’t hesitate to bring the paperwork to me as well as the vehicle itself. Extremely pleasant to work with and extremely helpful in all aspects of the sale. She has also followed up several times after the sale and I feel confident should any issues arise, she’ll respond quickly and positively throughout ownership.

Pete was extremely helpful and went out of his way to locate the truck I inquired about and made a video displaying all the truck features, as I was unable to go to the dealership and resided out of the state. After a few conversations with Pete, I decided to purchase the truck. Once I arrived in Arizona Pete picked my wife and I up from our hotel and drove us to the dealership to make the purchase. Upon arrival we were greeted by the Sales Manager Jeff, who gave us a great deal on the truck and ultimately finished the transaction in the finance department with Misty, who was an absolute delight to speak and do business with. We worked with Brendon and Chuck (sales manger) Overall I'm very disappointed in the way the deal turned out. There was an issue with them adding an additional $2300 on top of your loan and tell you it's required. They say it's for window tint, car tracker, & some type of tire warranty. We were told we could not get an extended vehicle warranty unless we added the accessories. We again denied and asked just for a warranty which Chuck said he wouldn't know how much they extended warranty was until the next day but insisted the contract be signed. Well today we find out the extended warranty is $2300. The amount we argued so hard to have removed in the first place. Shady deal.
